FEROSUP · Supplements

Duration of use is the period of taking the preparation for a specific purpose. It is not the same as the number of days the packaging lasts or the promise of results within a given time.

Three different pieces of information

On the product page you can find the number of days from one package, the recommended period of use and a description of the expected result. Each piece of information answers a different question. The first is a quantitative calculation, the second concerns the method of use, and the third requires appropriate justification. The thirty-day package should not be considered to prove the necessity of a monthly treatment or to guarantee a change after a month. The word treatment is sometimes a colloquial term, not a description of treatment or a confirmation of effectiveness.

Longer is not always better

Ingredients can be delivered simultaneously with food and several preparations. Prolonging use without assessing the total amount may lead to unnecessary excess. The lack of a clear feeling after a few days does not justify increasing the portion. The current need, contraindications and taking medications are important. With long-term supplementation, come back to the question of why the product was chosen and whether the situation has not changed. The period indicated for one preparation is not a universal rule for the entire category.

Purchase planning

The multi-pack makes it easier to plan your stock, but it should not dictate the time of use. Calculate the number of servings and check the expiry date and conditions after opening. Some packages have additional restrictions that cannot be inferred from the number of capsules. If you experience any discomfort, do not wait until the supply runs out to find out the cause. The supplement does not replace diagnosis or treatment of a health problem. If in doubt, discuss the purpose of continued use with an appropriate specialist.
