At FEROSUP you can choose a payment method tailored to your needs: online payment, PayPal or traditional transfer. The methods available for a specific order and the full amount to be paid are visible in the cart before it is approved. Availability may vary depending on currency, country, shipping method and currently available services.
Tpay - convenient online payments
Tpay is a payment gateway that allows you to pay for purchases directly during the ordering process. If this option is available in the cart, you select Tpay and then one of the methods provided by the operator. These may include, among others: quick bank transfer, BLIK or payment card - you will see your current selection during checkout.
When making a quick transfer, you select your bank and confirm the prepared transaction. You confirm the BLIK payment in the banking application, and the card payment in accordance with the bank's requirements. Always check the amount and transaction details before authorizing it. PayPal - payment via PayPal account
If PayPal is listed among the payment methods, you can select it when placing your order. You will be redirected to PayPal, where you will log in and confirm the transaction using the available funding source. Once finished, you will return to the store.
PayPal does not provide the merchant with your full card or bank account number. Enter your PayPal login details only on the operator's website or application. Check PayPal's security information.
Traditional transfer - payment from your bank
Do you prefer to make the transfer yourself? Select bank transfer when placing your order. You will receive the recipient's details, account number, amount and information needed to pay for the order after placing it, in the order confirmation.
- Copy your invoice details from your order confirmation.
- Enter the exact amount to be paid, including the delivery cost shown in the summary.
- In the transfer title, provide the order number or ID to make it easier to assign the payment.
- Approve the transfer in your bank and keep the confirmation.
A traditional transfer requires the funds to be credited to the store's account. The time depends on banks, type of transfer and business days. The mere fact of ordering a transfer does not mean that the store has received the payment. Confirmation of payment allows you to mark the order as paid and continue its processing.
Payment on delivery
If the selected delivery method allows cash on delivery, you will pay upon delivery. You will see the availability of this option and the possible cost in the basket. How you pay your carrier depends on the carrier's supported methods.
How to pay for an order safely?
- Please check the website address, amount and recipient before confirming the payment.
- Do not send passwords, BLIK codes, SMS codes or full card details by e-mail or in messages.
- Use the transfer details provided in your order confirmation.
- If your payment was interrupted, check its status with your bank or PayPal before trying again to avoid a double deposit.
