The description of the preparation may combine the desire for closeness, vitality and sexual performance into one slogan. For the user, it is worth separating them. Another question concerns the need for contact, another question concerns the body's reaction, and yet another question concerns comfort and relationship with another person.
Name what you want to understand
Instead of a general "something isn't working", try to describe the situation: lack of desire, fear, discomfort or difficulty with a specific reaction. Don't diagnose yourself, but separating the concepts makes it easier to talk. The same product does not automatically answer all of these questions, even if the ad uses several names at the same time.
Don't compare yourself to the promise
Slogans about immediate action or mandatory results are not a personal standard. Do not increase the dose of the preparation to meet expectations. Your own comfort and voluntary consent matter regardless of the product purchased. The lack of a specific reaction does not provide grounds for putting pressure on yourself or the other person.
The supplement does not treat erectile dysfunction
NCCIH indicates that preparations promoted for sexual performance require careful evaluation, and persistent difficulties should be discussed with a doctor. Do not replace treatment with a supplement or combine random products with medications. During the consultation, show a detailed list of the preparations used.
Prepare for the interview
Write down the duration of the problem, its recurrence and the measures taken. There is no need to bring a ready-made diagnosis or explain the situation with one ingredient from the product description. The goal is to determine the right course of action, not to choose increasingly stronger advertising. The purchase should not delay the clarification of disturbing symptoms.
