FEROSUP loyalty program
Collect points for purchases and exchange them for discount coupons. For every full PLN 5 of the product value after discounts, you receive 1 point. Each point is a PLN 0.40 discount on subsequent purchases.
Join and use points
FEROSUP participant
Participation is free. You need an active customer account in the FEROSUP store and purchases assigned to this account. The program has one level of participation; no subscription or paid card required.
- Create an account or log in before purchasing.
- Place your order and check your predicted points in your cart.
- After submitting your order, go to the "My loyalty points" section and exchange your available points for a voucher.
Purchasing without an account does not give you access to redeem points. Simply having an account does not mean you consent to the newsletter or optional cookies.
How to earn points?
We calculate points separately for each order based on the gross value of products after price reductions and after deducting discounts applied in the basket. Delivery costs do not increase the calculation basis. Promotional products can also earn points.
For every full PLN 5 of base, you receive 1 point. The result is rounded down to a whole number. The unused part below PLN 5 will not be transferred to the next order. The examples concern purchases in PLN; for a different currency, the module converts the base according to the store's exchange rate.

In full multiples of PLN 5, the value of points corresponds to 8% of the calculation basis. This is a benefit that can be used on your next purchase after meeting the coupon conditions. It does not automatically reduce the price of the order for which you receive points.
From order to available points
Pending points
The order has been placed. The points are saved in the history, but cannot be exchanged for a voucher yet. Merely paying for an order does not unlock points.
Points available
Order status "Order shipped" validates points. From this point they can enter the balance available for exchange.
Discount coupon
After the exchange, the points have the status "Converted". Their value is saved in a separate coupon assigned to your account.
The "Cancelled" status resets any uncredited points assigned to the canceled order. Negative adjustments may reduce your available balance. If you see a discrepancy after a return or cancellation, please contact support - not every adjustment to a historical order is automatically settled.
How to exchange points for a discount?
- Log in and open My loyalty points.
- Check your available points balance. Pending, expired and previously redeemed points are not redeemed again.
- Select "Exchange points for coupon." The module lists all available balance; you don't choose any number of points.
- Copy the code from the "My coupons" section. Add it in the "Promotional code" field in the cart or during checkout, in the same account.
- Before placing an order, check the discount charged and the amount to be paid.
100 available points = coupon worth PLN 40.00. The new coupon is valid for one year from its start date. The exact date can be found with the coupon. The minimum value of products in an order, excluding delivery costs, is PLN 5.00 gross.
Coupon requires at least one product from eligible categories. Currently, these are: Home, Pheromones, Pheromones for women, Pheromones for men, Pheromone concentrates, Supplements, Potency and libido, Sexual performance, Penis and breast enlargement, Longer sex, Lubricants, Cosmetics, For women, For men, Aphrodisiacs, Games and accessories, Valentine's Day. The store checks the product's category assignment, also when the product is visible in another section.
Coupon reduces the value of products; it does not in itself provide free delivery. Combining with other coupons also depends on the terms and conditions of those other coupons. If your code is refused, please check your account, expiry date, required products and cart value. When partially redeeming a coupon, the store's standard mechanism may issue the coupon for the remaining value - check coupons after ordering.
Frequently asked questions
Do points have an expiration date?
Yes. Points are counted for 1000 days from the date they are saved in the history, not from the date of shipment or last login. A new purchase does not automatically extend older points.
Do I need to subscribe to the newsletter?
No. A customer account and purchases assigned to the account are sufficient. The newsletter and marketing consents are separate.
Do I get points for purchasing a set?
Yes, if your purchase is eligible. What matters is the value of the purchased set after discounts. The number of packages in the variant is not an additional point multiplier.
Why do I have fewer points than the list price?
The basis is the value after discounts, including coupons, and not the list price. Additionally, points are rounded down and the delivery is not scored.
Can I withdraw my points or transfer my voucher to another person?
Points are used to obtain a discount in the store and are not a means of payment or a balance to be withdrawn. The loyalty voucher is assigned to the account that redeemed the points.
What to do if points are still pending after shipping?
Check if the order history shows the exact status "Order shipped". If so, write to customer service and provide your order number. Do not send your password or full payment details.
Terms and conditions of the FEROSUP loyalty program
Policy version: October 26, 2026 The following document describes the current program rules. It does not change historical balances or the terms of already issued coupons.
§1. Organizer and scope of the program
The organizer is the operator of the FEROSUP store: ULTRASOFT GROUP, ul. Zbożowa 42B/303, 40-657 Katowice, NIP PL2220897401, REGON 243586339. Contact regarding the program: sklep@ferosup.pl, tel. +48 881 206 372. The program applies to purchases in the FEROSUP store. Purchases on external platforms are not automatically added to your balance.
§2. Participation
Participation is voluntary and free of charge, available to customers with an active account. In order to accrue and use benefits, it is necessary to assign purchases to this account. A guest account does not allow you to redeem points. The program has one level of participation and does not require a subscription.
§3. Billing and approval
For each full PLN 5.00 of the gross value of qualifying products after discounts, 1 point is awarded, rounded down separately for the order. Delivery does not increase the basis. Product promotions do not exclude charging. After placing the order, the points are waiting; they are approved by the "Order sent" status. The cart shows the expected billing, which may change due to changes in products or discounts.
§4. Validity and corrections
Points are included for 1000 days from the date of entry in the history. Expired points do not count towards your exchange balance. Cancellation status resets any uncredited points on the order. After returning or correcting the order, the points settlement is checked by the staff. If the points have already been redeemed, please contact us regarding the settlement of the voucher. The settlement of the program does not limit the right to withdraw from the contract or complain about the goods.
§5. Coupon exchange and conditions
The value of 1 point is PLN 0.40 gross. The participant exchanges the entire available positive balance for an individual coupon in the account panel. The same points cannot be listed again. The coupon is assigned to the account, has a one-year validity period from the indicated start date and requires a minimum of PLN 5.00 gross of the value of products without delivery and a product from the categories listed in the "How to exchange points for a discount?" section. The exact code, period and coupon status are only available after logging in. The original coupon is intended for one-time use; any unused part is settled by the store's standard coupon mechanism. The discount is not a cash payment, does not provide free shipping and is not a guarantee of combinability with any other offer.
§6. Program service and complaints
Reports regarding the accrual of points, balance or coupon can be sent to the organizer's address or by e-mail to sklep@ferosup.pl. Provide details to locate your account, order number and problem description; do not enter your password. The service will check the order and billing history and inform you about the result. Applicable regulations apply to consumer complaints, including the appropriate response deadline. Complaints about goods and returns are subject to separate store policies; participation in the program does not limit them.
§7. Privacy and termination of participation
Information about the account, orders and point settlements are used to operate the program according to the principles described in privacy policy. Balance, points history and individual codes are available in the panel that requires login. The participant may stop using the program and contact the service regarding closing the account. Before closing your account, it is worth clarifying the settlement of unused points and coupons.
§8. Final provisions
Applies to sales, delivery, returns and complaints store regulations and mandatory provisions. This document does not introduce the right to arbitrary withdrawal of acquired benefits or retroactive changes. Any future changes to the program require a separate announcement, respecting acquired rights and applicable regulations.
